Norway and its artisans have a style all of their own, and it comes to the fore amid a wonderful array of Norwegian enamel jewellery in the April 18-20 Antiques & Collectors Auction.
The elegant gems were found among a mixed collection of costume jewellery and, according to Head of Jewellery Helen, the pieces are exceptional in terms of their design and quality.
She said: “I expect strong bidding for these items because Norwegian, Modernist mid-century jewellery is very popular and stylish. It’s super elegant and easy to wear.”
Other notable lots in the sale include an Edwardian sapphire and diamond pendant, early 20th century enamel and gold bracelet and a smart gents Omega watch.
Jewellery, silver and watches will be sold on April 18, 2023, day one of the three-day auction. Browse and bid now.
