Derby Museums is teaming up with TV auctioneer and antiques expert Charles Hanson to raise money for a good cause.
On March 27, Derby Museums will presentsan Evening with Charles Hanson, owner of Hansons Auctioneers and star of BBC’s Bargain Hunt, Flog It! and Antiques Road Trip. Charles will entertain you with stories about life as an antiques expert and reveal what it’s like to be involved in making some of Britain’s best-loved TV shows.
A complimentary glass of wine will be served from 6.30pm, followed by Charles’ talk at 7pm and a Q&A session. A raffle will also take place, drawn by Charles himself, to raise money for Derby Museums’ Endowment Fund. All funds raised will be doubled by the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
