A valuer will meet you at the home in question, make an assessment of the contents and discuss individual requirements. Once all has been agreed, our hauliers are on hand to carry out the clearance on a day and time to suit you.

Keeping You Informed

And, throughout this process, we will keep you informed. You will receive notification of items coming up for auction together with estimates. Once everything has sold, proceeds are forwarded to you, minus costs, with a full breakdown of results. if any items are deemed not suitable for auction, we can dispose of these for you. We do so by charitable means if at all possible.

If you are planning to downsize, we specialise in advising clients who wish to sell furniture, collections or  possessions they no longer need. Once again, a valuer will meet the client at their property to go over their needs.
