Items must be removed from the property by the 17th November (otherwise transport and storage costs will be added).

Purchasers must bring their own packing materials (boxes/wrapping) as there won’t be any available onsite.

Purchasers must bring two people to collect heavy pieces of furniture (some may be upstairs).

Payment must be made before arriving at the property as there will be no payment facilities onsite.
