Medieval Gold Seal Ring

Greek Bronze Helmet
Another fascinating object is this Greek Chalcidian Type bronze helmet which dates from the 5th – 4th Century BC. These helmets were used in Lucania and were worn in military pursuit. LOT 110, Estimate: £6,000-8,000.
Greek Pottery Krater
This beautifully designed Greek Campanian red figure pottery krater by the Branicki painter dates from 325 – 315 BC. This stunning example of ancient pottery depicts two hoplite soldiers fighting a mystical griffin. LOT 112. Estimate: £5,000-£7,000.
Chinese Tang Dynasty Horses
Particularly eye-catching is this exquisite pair of large Chinese Tang Dynasty Horses in an active pose with arched neck and head slightly tilted, the musculature carefully defined to the neck, chest and legs, the mouth open showing power and aggression. 618-906 AD. LOT 290. Estimate: £12,000-£15,000.
