Renowned antiques expert Adam Schoon is heading to Derbyshire and Staffordshire to seek out treasures.
Adam will be familiar to fans of TV’s Antiques Roadshow. He has been a guest consultant on the TV programme for more than 20 years.
He will host a free antiques valuation and consignment event at Hansons Auctioneers’ Etwall saleroom on July 17, 10am-4pm. Adam is also hosting a valuation and consignment event at Hansons’ Staffordshire saleroom, Bishton Hall, Wolseley Bridge, on July 18, 10am-4pm
He said: “I am looking forward to meeting people from the area and hope to uncover some wonderful objects.”
Adam has been a Fine Art consultant for more than 40 years and is member of The Oriental Ceramic Society of London. He can assess all type of antiques but has particular knowledge of Chinese and Japanese works of art and ceramics.
