How to request a video valuation in four simple steps :
Step 1
Email [email protected] with details/images of the items you wish to have valued. To help us make an appointment that provides you enough time, please specify the number of objects you would like us to assess or if you would like to take us on a virtual tour of your house.
Step 2
A member of our team will contact you to arrange a video call appointment. You will also need to let us know your video call preferences – WhatsApp, Skype, Facetime or Zoom – so we can make arrangements to accommodate your preferred option.
Step 3
A Hansons expert will call you at the allocated time to discuss the item and seek more information. They may need to see the base of an object, signature or stamp. They may also ask you to send photographs to aid further research.
Step 4
Once your item has been appraised, Hansons will send you estimates via email along with recommendations for forthcoming auctions should you wish to consider selling your objects. Hansons offers a wide range of general, Fine Art and specialist sales to accommodate all types of items.
