Good afternoon Charles,

I am writing in respect of the J. K. Rowling book listed above. It has long been an ambition of mine to procure a fine copy of this book to add to my library. Studying your previous sales, none of the copies met that criteria, until the last auction. I had the good fortune to speak to Mr Jim Spencer, who sent me additional information to the particulars listed on your site. After my many questions and request for extra images, none of which seemed any trouble to him, I arrived at the conclusion that the copy was suitable to meet my demands. The book was duly purchased and I am now in possession. I would like to thank you and your colleagues, in particular Jim Spencer, for providing the openness and clarity of information which has led me to this purchase. If only accurate information was this readily available. Thank you once again.

Surprised by results

Thank you for this and for the previous sales of my quilts. Now that the majority of the quilt collection has been sold, I would like to say how pleased I have been with the service provided by Hansons in dealing with this collection of quilts. As the collection was sent to you completely uncatalogued and unsorted, I fully appreciate the time and expertise of Ms Notty Hornblower in making them suitable for sale. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount raised and can only thank Hansons for their work and support.

Extraordinary packaging

Now that this desk set has arrived safely, I wanted to express my gratitude to you for the extraordinary packaging you applied to get this item to me. Whoever packed it did a really fine job. I can't believe how irresponsible it was of me to have bought a ceramic item like this and cannot understand what must have been going on in my head when I ordered bidding on it. I'll try not to do the same thing again. Meanwhile, can I say again, AMAZING packaging!!
